Haircare products to help my hair grow?

Hi I would like to know if there is any hair care products out there that can help hair grow. I know about keeping it trimmed and taking multi-vitamins and that it grows 6 inches a year. My hair is about a little bit past the middle of my back I would like it at my waist, also I would like to know what shampoos and conditioners are out there that won't weigh down my hair? your hair grows on teh outside as a response to wahts on the inside, so be healthy, drink lots of water and get ur protein...that being said, there is no products to help ur hair grow...hair has its own life span and that difffers between people...ur hair may not grow past the middle of ur back, not everyone can grow the same length of hair...ur hair span may have a life of 5 years versus someone else having a span of 8 years, the average is 7 years...thats why some people who try and try for long hair just cant, its just not genetically possible

if uve had hair down to ur waist before then just be patient

if it hasnt, it may not happen, middle of ur back is still very long, some people cant even grow it that long no matter how hard they try

just stay healthy and be happy with what u have if thats all u get :-)

Ive tried so many times before a little trick many people use in Mexico: birth control pills. Just crush them and put them inside the shampoo bottle and let them sit for a few days and start using the shampo like before. It will work. I don't use this anymore because I've found a great stylist, and my hair grows like crazy. Just because of her... Good luck!
