i'm doing a survey on behalf of a company as a free lancer. they are asking me to find out as to what are the certifications and licensing requirements for introduction of new hair care products in to the consumer market. hair care products such as shampoo, body lotion, hair conditioners. i would be really glad if some one could also tell me any other legalities involved other than the certifications and licensing. i would really appreciate if anybody could tell me as to where i can get all these licensing done please. thanking you all in advance.
