I'm trying to get my hair to stay straight and flat and need to know what each type of product (conditioner and stuff like that)does to the hair and maybe what to do to keep my hair straight (not with an iron, though). also what all the terms mean like volume and sleekness. thnx in advance.

go to the store and check them out...they all say what they are meant to do..just look 4 a straightening one.
