I am a 25 year old African American female with shoulder length hair. I would like a hair care line (shampoo, conditioner, daily moisterizer, etc.) that I could use to get my hair longer/stronger. I know about Pantene, Dark and Lovely, etc. so I was wondering is there something else everyone recommends? Also, I noticed a lot of people saying they take prenatal vitamins for their hair. I take Biotin. Do you get better results from prenatal vitamins?

check this out www.carolsdaughter.com and www.freshlookhair.com you'll love it. :-)
Do you come from an ethnic background or mix,? well I suggest you go to www.exoticallure.com that's what I use. My hair is growing an inch per month. My hair should be waist length by the end of this year. It's growing like crazy. Check out the website when you get a chance. My skin is flawless and it glows. My nails are long too. It contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, protein, oils, and etcc. It's for ethnic hair. Hair becomes stronger and healthier. You sholdn't tak Prenatal pills unless you are pregnant, you may become sick in the future if you do not stop taking them, they are for pregnant women.
If you also want natural hair or a relax look without the burn and the chemicals check out www. freshlook.com... use natural products like www.carolsdaughter.com for your hair.
All of these products are popilar, healthy, natural , and very safe. I'm also using jojoba oil for my hair. It cleans the pores and adds luster for healthy growth. Have a good day.

Unless you are pregnant I wouldn't recommend using pre-natal vitamins. Personally, I use Olive Oil products, www.organicrootstimulator.com, and my hair is healthy. I have also had friends tell me about Creme of Nature, and Mane 'n' Tail. The main thing is to find a good product that restores balance to your hair and stick to it.
