pantene pro-v is very nice i like it!

its not too heavy, but it still moisturizes your hair, while it nourishes and volumizes and shines! its an all in one

but if you are looking for viatamins and minerals and stuff...

that doesnt really work in shampoos, you need to eat viatamin E and A becuase those both help your hair.
