What products help thicken hair (preferably from Wal Mart lol)? any other tips to help thicken/stren

i take pretty good care of my hair, so it's not too damaged but it's really thin %26amp; hard to grow out so i need to thicken it up a lot. i'd rather go to wal mart %26amp; find something cheap but i will buy products from a salon if i have to

Buy a thickening shampoo- I have naturally thick hair but when I used it I had 50% more volume to my hair.

I recenly found a new product that I fell in love with: Beyond the Zone's Super Sexy Thickening Spray. I believe it is 5.00 a bottle I absolutely love it. It adds volume and texture to the hair.

Hair texturizer sometimes reffered to as glue is also a great product to apply to roots to give extra hold and volume. Apply to roots in pieces ro create a texturized and high style look. Highlights applied to the hair also creates more dimension.

If you are looking to create an illusion of more volume with new hairstyles finally mastered a technique that is very sexy:

Supplies you will need:

1) Fine toothed comb

2) Hairspray- prefferably an aerosal can

4) At least six bobby pins

Teasing the hair in three sections, making a part horizontally

in the back layer then combing over the mid section spritz with extra hold hairspray, Make sure to comb over a thin layer in order to conceal the little kinks you may get from teasing it.

Then teasing again in the mid section of hair- another thin layer of comb over, spritz then the final front layer- a little tease and comb over of front layer secure the teased section with at least two bobby pins securing the left and right side. This will give that mild beehive. It's very sophisticated and trendy. If you wanted to do a rocker girl pont tail just do the above steps then take the side layers of hair comb them to the sides so they are completley flat against your head secure with bobby pins making an X (four bobby pins needed total- spritz with hairspray to completely secure the sides. Spraying hair spray at least 3 ft. away from the hair tends to work best and prevents build up and itchy scalp.

This creates the illusion that the teased hair is even larger than it is and really accents the hair style. After completing the last two instructions sweep the remaining hair into a pony tail.
