My hair is soft but it is really un shiny i look like dry hay.... any tips on hair care products..

You should treat yourself to a hot oil treatment or use an organic root stimulator labeled "Hair Mayonnaise." They add shine, volume, and strength to your hair. What I use for a hot oil treatment is called "Doo Gro Mega Thick Growth oil". You wash your hair, then add the oil and let your hair dry. Leave it in over night and wash it out in the morning. (Make sure to condition after.) Another option is to put on a plastic hair cap, wait 20min, then shampoo it out. You can get these at Meijer, Wal-mart, or Walgreens. they are inexpencive, and they work VERY well. (They can make your hair very oily at first, but dont wory, once it is out it will be fine)

at sally's they have this brush with orange oil in it and it makes hair really shiny

olive oil is a good moisturizer and it makes the hair super shiny! Neutrogena triple moisture is also a really good moisturizing shampoo, makes the hair super soft and moisturized. Rinse it out very good because if your hair is not wavy or curly it can leave it feeling kind of heavy and oily.

use a deep conditioner you can get it done professionally or you can but products at your local supermarket Aussie makes a good three minute deep conditioner also when you wash your hair don't use hot water because it strips the natural oils out of your hair which will give it a dull and dry appearance
