I was wondering if there were any remedies or good hair care products that will make my hair grow in longer and fuller.

There is a hair care line called Nioxin. The only place I know of to get it is at Schoenemann's Beauty Supply. Ask your hair stylist to order it after you do some research on it. I don't know if it "thickens" hair, but if your hair is thinning or in danger of thinning, I've seen this stuff work on customers who underwent chemo. They ended up keeping most of their hair. You can also use daily texturizing products that "plump" up your hair. I like Aquage's Sea Salt texturizing spray. It gives hair body and texture which keeps it from lying flat on my head. "Big" hair looks like more hair, lol. P.S. the shaving thing to make it grow back thicker is supposedly an old wives' tale. Call mythbusters :)

Improve your general health. Eat a great diet including healthy fats and whole foods. Get regular and good night's sleep. Throw away soda pop and drink water. Get regular but not excessive exercise. Stop torturing hair with perms, hot irons, damaging color products.
Then have patience.

Shave it. At least, that's what my mom did to us kids when we were babies, apparently based on an old wives tale that this yields thicker hair once it grows back. I am happy with my thick hair 27 years later.
