My hair is EXTREMELY frizzy and dry. After years of blow drowing it straight it is horrible.?

How can I get it to just behave? If it dries naturally it is curly, if I brush it it puffs out to like 1 foot wide! I have tried leave in conditioners, hot oil, just combing it when it is wet, but it never stays looking half way decent like when it is wet. I don't believe many hair care products because they show you some chic who has straight hair that they have teased out to no end and then claim it went from frizzy to fabulous. They need real people with real hair problems on those commercials! lol Anyway any advice will be helpful. Thanks

More than likely the best thing you can do is go to a stylist and see if they have any suggestions for you. A stylist can do a conditioning treatment that might help a little but more than likely you will have to have it cut and start over. A lot of hair damage is unrepairable. Good luck.

You should get a nice hair cut,then start over new and use shampoo and conditioner that helps you rehrydrate your hair, and keep it from drying, you can get leave in treatment that helps your hair to. I have this stuff you put in that protects it. And if I were you id try to keep from dying it and using alot of heat.

I love the Sleek and Shine products. I have the same problem, but if you use the serum before you blow dry, your hair will look amazing. I never used to blow dry my hair, just because it made my hair look really frizzy, but after I started to use this stuff, my hair looks great. When blow drying, don't use a FINE bristled brush, or one that has the bristles close together. Find one that is vented, so the air can go through the brush, and it will dry your hair more evenly. It's worth a fairly inexpensive try.

try using the mousse by Frizz-ease when its wet and blow drying it on low with a diffuser....that works for me! And I only have to dry it for a few minutes on low so it does much less damage. thats just if you want it curly, though. If you constantly straighten your hair, it will never get any healthier...you need to give it a break.

Try using Silk Repair Shampoo, Condition and lave in Conditioner they worked for me and now my hair is super shiny and super healthy..they are a bit expensive but trust me it is sooooo worth it.
