Is there any black hair cair products like a relaxer that is safe to use during pregnancy?

All shampoos/conditioners/styling products should be safe for use. If you are considering perms, colors etc. there are people that believe they could be harmful to baby. My doctor advised against those treatments, but not because they were harmful to the baby (they weren't). She said that you may not realize it, but your hair will have more/less of some nutrients than it normally does. So you do not know how your hair will react to those treatments. Even if you always get perms, don't do it while you are pregnant, your hair could have a bad reaction and not look anything like you want it to.

i was told that as long as u perm it after your first trimester you should be fine. i permed mine once in the first trimester and it fell out. this time the second trimester and it worked for a second but my hair is thickenin up so fast(i guess due to the vitamins we take) its useless! im back in a regular ponytail because my perm usually holds for seven weeks is barely making a month. lol. good luck.
