Question about hair! Perms and curls etc?

my hair is semi-wavy, at best. I really wish it could be curly or at least wavier.

should I get a perm or is there a hair care product I can use like a shampoo or something?

and if I get a perm is there a perm that doesnt make your hair sooo curly?

i have semi-wavy hair too. i personally dont get perms. what i do is i wet my hair using the bath tub or taking a shower, and while your hair is still wet, apply l'oreal springing curls mousse by scrunching it into your hair. this will give it a wet look. it also controls frizz.

i don't think you should get a perm since it's, you know, permanent. but i'm sure there are shampoos that you could use to get it wavier.

roller set it each time you wash your hair if you want it curly
