What hair products will be good/help my hair?

I have hair thats a little bit longer than sholder length.

its really damaged, and it also gets poofy/alittle frizzy after i shower. I've tried using deep conditioning type shampoo's and conditinoners but it seems to make the poofyness just worse and makes me hair have too much volume.

any good products? [shampoo/conditioner/etc etc. anything]

or any good tips on taking care of it?

Get a shampoo that's right for your hair type, try the Dove repairing shampoo (found in local pharmacies, such as Walgreens, Walmart, CVS...) it's very good, and buy their cream that goes along with it. Don't blow dry your hair, towel dry it, it will turn out much better! If it's 'spongy', try the Sunsilk serum cream called "Anti-Esponja" It helps alot!

Try Pantene. It coats your hair with a type of wax, that some people think is bad. However, it helps repair damage. Just use a cleansing shampoo at the end of the month.

i use herbal essances.........it is really cool cuz it straightens my hair and it smells soooooo good!!!! and i dont have frizzy hair either........
