1.my hair is thick but i have it layered and it makes it so much thinner but in the back it is hard to keep it from flipping out.

2.and my hair is frizzy.

3.wat are some good products to keep from frizzing and to keep it smooth and sleek and from flipping out. and my friend has the same length hair and hers doesnt flip out like mine.

Use matrix sleek look shampoo and condtioner, it is kind of expensive but you can get the generic version that works just as well at sally's beauty supply store.

Have you tried a professional hairdresser/stylist? Go check one or three. Get their opinion. A really good one will give free advice because they love Hair. Don't let them talk you into trying them there and then. Go visit when they're least busy, so they have time to talk to you!

2nd alternative, go to a Black Hairdresser. If anyone knows about dealing with thick, layered, frizzy hair, then it's them!!
